About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Ecommerce Catalog Manager to manage and maintain product listings across our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, strong attention to detail and an understanding of online product catalogs, pricing, inventory and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Upload product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing and other relevant information.
• Ensure product information is accurate, complete and up to date.
• Manage product categories, attributes, SKUs, variations and catalog structures.
• Monitor and update product pricing, inventory, availability and promotional information.
• Optimize product titles and descriptions for better search visibility and customer understanding.
• Identify and correct catalog errors, duplicate listings, missing information and content inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product information, images, pricing and inventory updates.
• Regularly audit catalogs to maintain data quality and consistency.
• Prepare basic reports related to catalog updates, product listings and performance.
• Follow e-commerce marketplace guidelines and catalog standards.

Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management, product listing, marketplace operations or a similar role.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Good written communication and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of product data.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with product listing/catalog management.
• Knowledge of SKU and inventory management.
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.
• Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Good Excel skills, including sorting, filtering and basic formulas.
