TOPIQ Talent Test is expanding across Maharashtra and is looking for Area Sales Managers who can build, manage and motivate a local team of Registration Agents / Education Partners to drive student registrations. 📌 JOB TITLE Area Sales Manager – Education / Student Admissions 📍 LOCATION Maharashtra – Multiple Locations Candidates with strong local networks in their district / city / assigned area are preferred. 💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITY The ASM will be responsible for recruiting and managing Registration Agents / Education Partners and achieving student registration targets in the assigned territory. 🔹 JOB DESCRIPTION • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Recruit and onboard Registration Agents / Education Partners Build a strong agent network within the assigned area Identify teachers, coaching classes, counsellors, education consultants and other potential partners Train agents on TOPIQ Talent Test, registration process and promotional activities Set area-wise and agent-wise registration targets Follow up with agents regularly Monitor agent performance and productivity Motivate and support inactive / low-performing agents Generate student admission/registration opportunities through the partner network Maintain daily/weekly performance reports Coordinate with the TOPIQ central team Develop new education and student networks in the assigned territory Ensure registrations are genuine and properly completed Achieve assigned student registration and area growth targets 1🎯 WHAT YOU WILL BUILD ASM → Registration Agents / Education Partners → Students Your primary responsibility is to build and manage the middle layer — the agent/partner network — and drive registrations through that network. 👤 WHO CAN APPLY?
