About the RoleBaalmitra Kids Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Admission Counsellor to handle student and parent enquiries, conduct admission-related calling and convert genuine enquiries into admissions.

The candidate will communicate with parents/students over phone, understand their requirements, explain our educational programs and regularly follow up with interested candidates.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to students and parents regarding admission enquiries.
• Handle incoming calls and respond professionally to admission-related queries.
• Explain courses, programs, admission process, benefits and other relevant information.
• Counsel parents/students according to their educational requirements.
• Identify interested and qualified admission leads.
• Follow up with interested parents/students through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.
• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
• Coordinate with the admission and sales team for further processing.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with parents and students.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduate candidates preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, education sales, admission counselling or customer support will be an advantage.
• Excellent Hindi communication skills; basic English communication preferred.
• Confident and polite telephone communication.
• Good convincing and counselling skills.
• Patient while handling parent/student queries.
• Comfortable working with daily calling and admission targets.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and computer operations.

Salary & Incentives₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives

Additional incentives can be provided based on admission conversions and performance.
