Position: Electrical Technician I

Job Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA to 2.5 LPA

Responsibilities:

1.   Diagnose electrical problems by analyzing diagrams, blueprints, and technical schematics.

2.   Install, repair, and maintain electrical panels, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.

3.   Inspect, troubleshoot, and conduct tests on electrical systems, components, and equipment to identify and resolve issues.

4.   Safely operate various hand and power tools required for electrical work.

5.   Plan and layout the installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to project requirements and building codes.

6.   Supervise and train others in the installation and repair of electrical components.

7.   Perform wiring tasks in electrical panels, following circuit diagrams and adhering to industry best practices.

8.   Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed, materials used, and any relevant information.

9.   Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient completion of electrical projects.

10. Willingness to work in different environments, including industrial settings, construction sites, and outdoor locations as required.

Qualifications:

1.   ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in electrician trade.

2.   1 to 2 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair.

3.   Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols.

4.   Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.

5.   Proficient in using hand and power tools required for electrical work.

6.   Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

7.   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

8.   Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

9.   Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

10. Physically fit to perform duties.
