Roles & Responsibilities

 Installation of EV lithium ion batteries in e-rickshaws.

 Provide service, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for EV batteries.

 Visit customer and dealer locations for battery installation and service activities.

 Diagnose and resolve basic electrical and battery-related issues.

 Ensure timely completion of field service requests.

 Educate customers on proper battery usage and maintenance.

 Maintain daily service reports and installation records.

 Ensure safe handling of lithium batteries during installation and servicing.

Eligibility & Requirements

 Graduation / ITI is mandatory.

 Must have basic knowledge of electrical work.

 Must know how to ride an e-rickshaw/toto.

 Willingness to travel and work in the field.

 Candidates with technical knowledge or field service experience will be preferred.
