Job Description
About us: MCS is the authorised distributor Electrical Products in Bengaluru South region. 2 openings for an accountant-biller to run our billing desk from day one.
Your work:
- Daily invoicing in Tally/Busy including scheme discounts
- GST work: e-invoicing, e-way bills, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing
- Bank and payment reconciliation, daily outstanding and ageing report
- Payment follow-up calls to counters on fixed days each week
- Tidy files — invoices, ledgers, claims
Who should apply:
- 1+ years billing/accounts experience with a trading firm or distributor
- Hands-on Tally/Busy/Marg — a live billing test on laptop is part of the interview
- Clear on GST basics: e-way bill rules, e-invoicing, return due dates
- Comfortable calling customers for payments
