The ideal candidate should have strong experience in gold loan sales, gold valuation, branch operations, customer acquisition, and team management.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBranch OperationsManage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Ensure smooth and efficient branch functioning as per company policies and procedures.
• Monitor branch performance, daily transactions, documentation, and operational activities.
• Ensure proper handling, security, and custody of gold assets.
• Sales & Business DevelopmentDrive gold loan sales and achieve monthly branch targets.
• Generate new business through customer acquisition, referrals, local marketing, and field activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within the branch's catchment area.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
• Gold Valuation & Loan OperationsEnsure accurate gold valuation as per company guidelines.
• Oversee gold loan processing, disbursement, renewals, closures, and gold release.
• Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and verification procedures.
• Monitor loan portfolio quality and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Team ManagementLead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve business objectives.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor individual performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and training.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of branch employees when required.
• Customer ServiceEnsure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Develop strategies to improve customer retention and repeat business.
• MIS & CompliancePrepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
• Monitor branch targets, collections, loan portfolio, and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with Regional/Area Managers and Head Office for branch-related matters.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in branch management, preferably in Gold Loan, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or Gold Finance.
• Hands-on experience in gold loan sales and gold valuation is preferred.
• Experience in managing a team and achieving branch-level business targets.
