Job Description
- Customer Support Executive – Voice Process Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
- Resolve complaints professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them accordingly.
- Maintain proper call etiquette and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Record customer interactions and update details in the CRM/system.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout every interaction.
