Operation Executive

Job Description

We are looking for reliable and hardworking people who are comfortable performing different tasks at restaurants, cafés, QSRs, cloud kitchens and retail stores. Depending on the our requirement, you may work as a helper, cleaner, dishwasher, packer, loader or restaurant support staff. Training and task instructions will be provided before the shift.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Help with packing, stocking and arranging items
• Assist with loading and unloading goods
• Support kitchen preparation and basic restaurant work
• Wash utensils and maintain cleanliness
• Help serve customers or clear tables when required
• Follow the outlet manager’s instructions
• Report to the location on time and complete the assigned shift
• Maintain proper behaviour, hygiene and discipline at work

Who We Are Looking For

• Comfortable working across different tasks and locations
• Willing to learn new work
• Punctual, responsible and hardworking
• Comfortable with physical work and standing for several hours
• Able to travel to nearby work locations
• Owns a smartphone and can use WhatsApp
• Previous restaurant, retail, warehouse or delivery experience is helpful but not compulsory

Work Details

• Location: Hsr, Bengaluru
• Morning, evening and weekend shifts may be available
• Payment: Based on the shift and type of work
• Workers can accept shifts based on their availability
