Warehouse Supervisor

To support the Warehouse Manager in daily warehouse operations, supervising inbound, outbound, packing, and quality functions to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely warehouse operations.

Operations Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day inbound, outbound, packing, and QC operations

• Ensure inward and outward stock accuracy of 99% or above across teams

• Ensure 100% of orders are dispatched within defined cutoff times

• Step in for the warehouse manager during their absence, ensuring operational continuity

Team Management

• Supervise Inbound Associate, Outbound Associate, QC Associate, Packaging Supervisor, and Packing Staff

• Prepare and manage shift rosters ensuring adequate coverage across all functions

• Support training and onboarding of new warehouse staff

Inventory Management

• Support periodic stock audits/cycle counts, maintaining inventory accuracy of 99% or above

• Monitor and minimize stock shrinkage, targeting below 0.5% of inventory value

• Ensure inventory system is updated accurately and in real time

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety, statutory, and SOP requirements.

• Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation and processes are audit-ready.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/ Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred

• 3–5 years of warehouse/supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Skills Required

• Strong team management and multi-function coordination

• Inventory and warehouse management systems proficiency

• Process orientation and problem-solving

• Basic understanding of logistics and dispatch planning
