Job Description
*Manage and monitor operations across 8–10 hubs.
*Ensure all hubs are active, responsive, and operating smoothly.
*Monitor COD collection and deposits and control pendency.
*Ensure operational trackers and reports are updated on time.
*Coordinate with Hub Incharges, Team Leaders, and HMTs for daily operations.
*Handle operational issues, escalations, and ensure quick resolution.
*Manage manpower requirements and hiring for the assigned span.
*Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity.
*Ensure proper process compliance across all hubs.
*Stay proactive and available for operational requirements and escalations.
