Civil Construction Enginer

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Construction Engineer / Site Execution professional to take charge of day-to-day construction activities at our building project sites in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of civil construction, site execution, labour handling, material management, quality control, and contractor coordination. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site. • Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. • Supervise RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works. • Coordinate and manage labour, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. • Plan daily manpower requirements and allocate work effectively. • Monitor construction quality and ensure proper execution at every stage. • Check availability and proper utilization of cement, steel, bricks, aggregates, and other construction materials. • Maintain records of material consumption and site requirements. • Verify measurements and quantities of completed work for billing and project records. • Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and management. • Read and understand civil drawings, layouts, sections, and construction details. • Identify technical/site-related issues and coordinate for timely solutions. • Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline, quality standards, and budget. • Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction standards. • Monitor site housekeeping and maintain proper discipline at the project site. Candidate Profile • Diploma / Graduate degree in Civil Engineering. • 7–8 years of relevant experience in building construction/site execution. • Strong practical knowledge of civil construction activities. • Good understanding of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works. • Ability to independently supervise and manage construction sites.• Experience in labour handling and contractor management. • Ability to understand and execute work according to construction drawings. • Basic knowledge of quantity estimation, measurements, and billing. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. • Comfortable using WhatsApp for daily site updates, photographs, and reporting. • Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and ownership. Compensation & Joining Salary: 15,000 – 25,000/month Salary will be finalized based on experience, technical knowledge, and interview performance.
