IES University is a premier educational institution committed to excellence in academics and infrastructure. We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee and manage ongoing construction and maintenance activities on campus.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Site Civil Engineer who will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction projects at the university site. The candidate must strictly meet the required qualifications and experience criteria. Only relevant and eligible candidates should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and records
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
• Verify bills, measurements, and material usage
• Maintain adherence to safety and environmental standards

Mandatory Qualifications (Strict Criteria):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech – Civil)
• Minimum 3–7 years of relevant site experience (construction/educational or institutional projects preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience working on institutional or campus projects
• Knowledge of government norms and compliance standards
• Good communication and coordination skills
