Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled professional with strong expertise in both construction and waterproofing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction activities while ensuring that waterproofing systems are installed according to industry standards and project specifications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day construction and waterproofing activities at project sites.
• Plan and execute waterproofing systems for basements, terraces, roofs, bathrooms, water tanks, retaining walls, podiums, and other structures.
• Monitor structural construction work including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and repair works.
• Inspect site conditions and recommend appropriate waterproofing materials and application methods.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve technical issues related to construction and waterproofing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain proper site documentation.
• Estimate material requirements and monitor material consumption to minimize wastage.
• Required QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, construction techniques, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in preparing work schedules, site reports, and material estimates.
