Job Description
Gautam Associates is looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Manager / Project Manager to handle construction site operations and office coordination work.
- Responsibilities:Supervise complete site work and daily activities
- Manage labour, contractors, and material handling
- Coordinate between office and site operations
- Ensure work quality and timely project completion
- Maintain daily progress reports and updates
- Handle client communication and team coordination
- Monitor construction work according to drawings and plans
- Manage office-related project documentation and reporting
- Requirements:Experience in construction/site management preferred
- Good communication and management skills
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and drawings
- Ability to handle team and site responsibilities independently
- Responsible and punctual candidate preferred
