Job Description
A Field Collection Executive visits customers in person to recover overdue payments, collect EMI installments, and resolve billing issues while following legal guidelines and company rules.
Field Visits: Travel to customer locations or business sites within a designated area to collect late payments or dues.
Payment Negotiation: Talk to clients to set up workable payment plans or clear overdue EMIs.
Record Keeping: Write down visit results, customer feedback, and payment promises in the company system or mobile app.
Cash & Cheque Handling: Collect cash, cheques, or digital payments safely and deposit them as per company policy.
