Job RoleAnand Sports is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive (Field Sales) for its footwear brands STAR IMPACT and SEGA. The candidate will travel across Odisha to visit retail stores, build dealer relationships, generate orders, and expand the company's footwear business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit footwear retail stores, distributors, and dealers across Odisha.
• Generate new business and increase sales in assigned territories.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
• Introduce new footwear collections and promotional schemes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor brands, pricing, and trends.
• Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.
• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.
• Travel extensively within Odisha.

Experience RequiredCandidates must have 2–5 years of field sales or marketing experience in the footwear industry, preferably with one or more of the following brands:

• Lancer
• Sparx
• Campus
• Liberty

Experience with similar footwear brands will also be considered.

• Skills RequiredStrong field sales and negotiation skills.
• Dealer and distributor network management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and smartphone reporting.
• QualificationGraduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may also apply).
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
• Candidate should own a two-wheeler for field travel.
• Preferred CandidateImmediate joiners will be preferred.
• Candidates with an existing dealer network in Odisha will have an added advantage.
