Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for attending walk-in customers, showing invitation card designs, explaining printing options, taking orders, and ensuring smooth customer service in the shop.


Key Responsibilities:


Welcome customers visiting the invitation card Shop

Understand customer requirements (wedding, Thread Ceremony, birthday, Housewarming events, etc.)

Show samples, and design options

Explain paper quality, printing types, and pricing

Help customers choose suitable invitation cards

Take order details and confirm customization (name, date, venue, language)

Coordinate with designer/printing team for order processing

Handle billing and payment collection

Maintain display of cards and shop cleanliness

Follow up with customers regarding order delivery
