Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, and coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate restaurant service operations during assigned shifts.
• Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional dining experience.
• Allocate tables and coordinate with the service team for smooth operations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen regarding orders, special requests, and guest requirements.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Brief and guide service staff before and during each shift.
• Monitor staff performance and assist in maintaining discipline.
• Ensure proper billing and payment procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with the cashier, kitchen, housekeeping, and management teams.
• Maintain knowledge of the restaurant menu, ingredients, promotions, and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages or operational issues to the management.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Prepare or maintain daily operational reports as required.
