Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify any issues requiring immediate attention.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and material usage details.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at the site.
• Verify measurements and monitor installation quality.
• Report daily progress and site updates to the management.
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely completion of work.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must be a resident of Bhubaneswar.
• Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving licence, as frequent travel between project sites is required.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
