Fabindia is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail operations and drive store performance.

• 🔹 Position: Store Manager
• 🔹 Location: Coimbatore
• 🔹 Experience: 5+ years in retail (Fashion / Lifestyle preferred)💰 Compensation
• Salary: ₹20,000 To 25,000 per month
• Incentive: Up to ₹4,000 per month (performance-based)

• Manage day-to-day store operations
• Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards
• Inventory management and stock control
• Visual merchandising as per Fabindia guidelines
• 🎯 Required SkillsStrong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of retail operations
• Customer-centric mindset
• Ability to handle staff and resolve issues independently
