Telecaller

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented and result-driven Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to handle business enquiries and leads generated through IndiaMART.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, providing product information, preparing/coordinating quotations, following up regularly and converting qualified leads into confirmed business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and respond to incoming IndiaMART enquiries and leads.
• Call potential customers and understand their product/service requirements.
• Qualify leads based on requirement, quantity, budget, location and purchase timeline.
• Explain products, pricing, specifications, MOQ and delivery timelines.
• Share quotations, catalogues, product details and other required information.
• Follow up with interested customers through phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/IndiaMART.
• Track every enquiry from initial contact to conversion.
• Coordinate with the sales, production and dispatch teams for customer requirements.
• Negotiate professionally and support the conversion of enquiries into orders.
• Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.
• Re-engage old and inactive leads to generate repeat business.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Build strong and professional relationships with B2B customers.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language knowledge is an advantage.
• Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and strong sales orientation.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.

Preferred CandidateExperience in B2B sales, manufacturing, wholesale, trading, textiles, apparel, FMCG, industrial products or IndiaMART sales will be an added advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
