🔹 Position Design Engineer

Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)

Experience: 2–8 Years (Minimum)

Software: AutoCAD / SolidWorks / NX

🔹 Position 2: Jr. Design Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical)

Experience: 2–3 Years (Minimum)

Software: AutoCAD / SolidWorks

Role: Sheet Metal Design Engineer

Key Skills:

* Concept Design

* Strip Layout

* Tooling Knowledge

* Fixtures & Gauges

* 3D Modeling & 2D Detailing

Design & Development of Press Tools (Tandem as well as progressive)

Design and Development of Jigs, Fixture & Gauges for sheet metal parts, welding parts and tubular parts.

3D Modeling/2D drafting & BOM preparation.

Technical review of design concepts & approval considering proactive approach for eliminating defects during design phase & in process.

Supporting tool room/tool maintenance to improve productivity & reduce breakdown.

Understand customer requirements by thoroughly study of 2d drawing/3d data to provide cost effective solution using new technology/innovation/automation.

Coordination with material vendors/outside process for tool manufacturing & Jig, Fixtures.

Co-ordinating with NPD team/tool room for planning & executing new projects as per customer's schedule to achieve delivery, quality & cost.

Estimation of parts tooling process, tooling cost as well as part cost.

Knowledge of MS- office, tools, excel, presentation skills.
