Qualification - B.COM / M.COM

Exp - 5-15yrs

Salary - 30k-40k

Industry - Manufacturing & Trading of Dry Fruits

1. Daily & Monthly Operations

Transaction Management: Overseeing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring bills are paid and revenues are collected accurately.

General Ledger: Managing and reviewing the general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate books.

Payroll: Ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payrolls and deductions. ASHG +1

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

Financial Statements: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (e.g., P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Variance Analysis: Monitoring actual spending against budgets and forecasting future expenditures to identify liquidity or cash flow issues.

Strategic Advisory: Providing executive management with data-driven insights and forecasting reports to shape business decisions. 

3. Compliance & Risk Management

Tax & Statutory Compliance: Ensuring all financial records and operations comply with local and national tax regulations, as well as statutory accounting standards (such as GAAP or Ind AS).

Internal Controls: Designing and implementing robust internal accounting controls and policies to prevent fraud and errors.

Audits: Serving as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors, preparing necessary documentation and resolving discrepancies. 

4. Leadership & Team Management

Supervision: Managing, training, and evaluating accounting department staff, including junior accountants and clerks.

Workflow Optimization: Identifying inefficiencies in accounting processes and utilizing financial technology to streamline workflows and automate routine task
