Job Description

· Going in market to generate new business.

· Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

· Interest in financial products and market .

· Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

· Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

· Creating and sharing MIS with the reporting on daily .

· Expanding the customer base by up selling and cross-selling.

· Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

· Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.

· Knowing your competition and strategy accordingly.

· Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction

· Good communication skills.
