Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality and safety standards, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams. The candidate should have good knowledge of civil construction, drawings, estimation, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

Check quality of materials and workmanship as per required standards.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other departments.

Read and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings.

Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and work documentation.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Verify quantities and assist with measurement and billing of contractors.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards.

Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

Maintain proper records of materials, manpower, work progress, and site activities.

Required Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

2–5 years of relevant experience in construction/site execution.

Good knowledge of civil construction practices and quality control.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.

Strong problem-solving and site-management abilities.

Preferred Skills

Quantity estimation and BOQ knowledge.

Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other civil works.

Knowledge of site measurement and contractor billing.

Ability to manage manpower and multiple site activities.

Knowledge of relevant construction codes and safety practices.
