• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client job requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and internal trackers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience during the hiring process.
• Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and bulk hiring projects.
• Meet individual and team hiring targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Ability to source candidates using job portals and LinkedIn.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• EligibilityMBA/PGDM (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, or any graduate.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Freshers with HR internship experience are encouraged to apply.
