Job Opening – HVAC Sales Executive

Position: HVAC Sales Executive / Sales Engineer

Industry: Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC)

Location: Delhi- NCR

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

About the RoleWe are looking for a male HVAC Sales Executive / Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in HVAC sales and a good understanding of Ductable and VRF Air Conditioning Systems.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales, client meetings and regular travel within the assigned territory. Candidates who have previously worked with architects, HVAC consultants, MEP consultants, contractors or builders will be preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and develop existing client relationships.
• Conduct regular client visits and field sales activities.
• Promote and sell Ductable, VRF and other HVAC solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, builders and project teams.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial discussions.
• Generate leads through market visits, references and professional networks.
• Follow up with clients from enquiry to order closure.
• Maintain regular sales reports and update management on opportunities and pipeline.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution after order confirmation.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards business growth.
• Required Skills & Qualifications : Male candidate preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ductable AC and VRF/VRV systems.
• Previous experience dealing with architects, consultants, MEP consultants, contractors or builders will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Should be confident in making client visits and developing new business.
• Must know how to ride a two-wheeler/bike and have a valid driving licence.
• Should be willing to travel extensively for sales and client meetings.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic quotation/documentation work.
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
