JOB DESCRIPTION OF ASST. MANAGER –PROJECT SALES SOLAR

1. Business Development:

• Identify and target potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors in Solar Sales
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.

1. Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

• Provide expert advice to customers on the benefits of solar energy systems and Solar solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and site surveys to offer customized solar solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential clients to close sales effectively.

1. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing post-sale support.
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales process and after project completion.

1. Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in the solar, renewable energy, or related industries (preferred but not essential).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (preferred).

• Strong understanding of solar energy systems, technology, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
