Description Job Title: Weight Loss Teacher

Department: Teaching Department

Location: Indian Weight Loss Diet (IWLD)

We are looking for Punjabi And Tamil language teacher

Languages Required:

● Hindi and English and Punjabi and Tamil (Speaking, Understanding, Reading, and Writing)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Support & Guidance:

○ Personally guide assigned weight loss students through their transformation

journey.

○ Provide daily hand-holding, motivation, and accountability support.

○ Solve doubts related to diet, real hunger, fasting, hydration, mindset, and

maintenance.

2. Daily Student Interaction:

○ Make daily personal calls (video/audio) to assigned students to monitor and

support their progress.

○ Share reminders, encouragement, and solutions for challenges.

○ Ensure students stay consistent with their tasks, entries, and progress.

3. Zoom Class Support:

○ Motivate and ensure students attend daily Zoom classes (9 AM to 9 PM).

○ Support students during and after Zoom classes by solving doubts.

○ Record and report Zoom attendance and learning feedback.

4. Monitoring & Reporting:

○ Track daily weight updates, water intake, task completions, and app submissions.

○ Maintain and update accurate student progress reports.

○ Highlight struggling students early to senior trainers for additional intervention.

5. Teaching & Education:

○ Educate students on:

■ Real Hunger vs Emotional Eating

■ Fasting and Feasting Cycles

■ Fat Adaptation

■ Hydration and Salt Balance

■ Healthy Weight Maintenance

○ Correct wrong fitness myths about calorie counting, over-exercising, or crash

dieting.

6. Problem-Solving:

○ Help students overcome emotional eating, mental blocks, social pressure, and

cravings.

○ Provide practical, motivational solutions and real examples.

7. Maintaining Positivity:

○ Maintain a highly positive, non-judgmental, and motivating environment.

○ Inspire students to stay focused and disciplined on their journey.

8. System Adherence:

○ Follow all Indian Weight Loss Diet standard formats for calls, Zoom classes,

CRM reporting, and app documentation.

○ Maintain strict student data confidentiality and professionalism.

9. Continuous Learning:

○ Attend internal trainings and skill development sessions regularly.

○ Stay updated with new fasting methods, recipes, success case studies, and

program structures.

● Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Speaking, Understanding,

Reading, and Writing).

● Comfortable using Zoom, CRM software, apps, and tech tools.
