Job Description

Requirements:

  • Presentable, well-groomed and confident personality
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Customer-friendly and positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of retail sales
  • Prior showroom/retail experience preferred; freshers can also apply



Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
  • Assist customers with product selection, sizes and styles
  • Handle the sales counter and billing/POS, if required
  • Maintain proper product arrangement and showroom presentation
  • Replenish and organize merchandise on the sales floor
  • Support the team in achieving showroom sales targets
  • Ensure a pleasant customer experience
