Job Description
Site supervisor required for multiple site for Bus Operation.
Route Management – Planning and monitoring bus routes, pickup/drop timings.
Driver & Helper Management – Supervising drivers and helpers and ensuring discipline.
Safety Management – Ensuring seat belts, emergency equipment, first-aid kits, CCTV and GPS are properly maintained.
Student/Passenger Handling – Ensuring safe and comfortable boarding, travel and drop-off.
Vehicle Inspection – Daily checking of vehicle condition, cleanliness, tyres, lights, brakes, AC, etc.
Attendance Management – Maintaining driver/helper attendance and duty records.
