Job Title: Female Telesales Executive (Government Projects)

Location: Guwahati, Assam

Salary: Up to ₹16,000 CTC per month (PF & ESIC benefits applicable)

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a smart, confident, and enthusiastic Female Telesales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling telecalling activities related to government projects, interacting with government-registered vendors, maintaining follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls related to government projects.
• Coordinate with government-registered vendors and clients.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales and project teams for timely updates.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales calling and follow-up targets.
• EligibilityFemale candidates only.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Knowledge of odiya and tamil language will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM) preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
