We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager (Team Lead) to plan, execute, and supervise audit assignments across multiple locations. The role involves team leadership, client coordination, training junior team members, and ensuring compliance with applicable statutory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit assignments and manage overall team execution.
• Plan audit schedules and allocate tasks among team members.
• Review audit work and ensure compliance with statutory standards.
• Train, guide, and support junior team members.
• Coordinate with clients and manage professional communication.
• Prepare audit reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Travel across Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, and Gujarat as required.
• Qualification & ExperienceB.Com / CA-Inter / Articleship / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in audit or a CA firm.
• Previous team-handling experience will be an advantage.
