Job Description
The Isurance Sales / Business Development Manager should have hands on experience in
1) Recruitment of Insurance Advisors
2) Managing a Team of Insurance Advisors
3) Setting Business targets for the Team and Achieving the targets
4) Motivating the team of Advisors
5) Assist the Team in achieving the targets and get business
6) Attend Product Training and Sales Training programs conducted by the Team
7) Willing to travel
