Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Identify and onboard Chartered Accountant firms.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with CAs.
- Present the FairNeft Partner Program.
- Build long-term relationships with CA firms.
- Generate referrals through partner engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations of the FairNeft Partner Portal.
- Assist Partners with registration and onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Regularly visit partner office.
- Organize CA networking events and presentations.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.
- Maintain partner information in CRM
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-5 years of Business Development or Channel Sales Experience.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, FinTech, Financial Services, SaaS, GST, Tax, Audit, or CA relationship management preferred.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking ability.
- Comfortable with daily field meetings.
- Self-motivated and target-driven
