This role requires capturing overarching requirements and shaping effective business solutions. The professional translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the day includes supporting organizational transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Anaplan.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with operating model design and implementation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Anaplan.
- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
