Job Description – Junior AccountantPosition: Junior Accountant
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: VKI, Jaipur
Employment Type: Full-time
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other routine accounting activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting data entry.
- Required Skills2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime or ERP accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- QualificationB.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
