🎓 ELIGIBILITY

✅ Experienced Candidates: Minimum 6 months of experience in any field is mandatory

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle international customer queries and provide effective resolutions
• Communicate professionally and understand customer concerns
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies, processes, and service standards
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, rotational-shift environment
