• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate self-sourced leads through referrals and networking.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product features, benefits, premiums, and policy terms clearly.
• Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy persistency.
• Follow company processes, ethical sales practices, and regulatory guidelines.
