Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Understand existing Sales, Design, Production & Accounts processes
Convert work processes into clear steps, checklists and SOPs
Identify delays, repeated mistakes and process gaps
Create follow-up and reminder systems
Implement processes using CRM/software tools
Track whether employees are following defined processes
Create basic reports and dashboards
Coordinate with different departments for process implementation
Suggest practical improvements to save time and reduce errors
Learn and work on Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator as required
