Job Description

  1. Operations Management: Oversee daily, fast-paced operations, including opening/closing procedures, to ensure efficiency.
  2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule staff to maintain a positive work environment and high service standards.
  3. Financial Performance: Monitor daily sales, manage costs (food, labor), and meet budgetary targets.
  4. Quality & Safety Control: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  5. Customer Experience: Handle customer feedback, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  6. Inventory & Supplies: Manage stock levels, procurement, and vendor coordination
