Job Description
- Job Description – Medical Representative (MR)Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies as per the assigned route plan.
- Promote and detail company products to doctors.
- Generate prescriptions and business for the company.
- Collect and submit doctor information through the mobile app.
- Maintain daily attendance, live location, and activity reports.
- Record and submit doctor conversation voice recordings as instructed.
- Collect and manage product orders.
- Coordinate product delivery and follow up with doctors.
- Ensure timely payment collection and submission, where applicable.
- Achieve monthly sales, investment, and field activity targets.
- Attend all company meetings, training sessions, and review meetings.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, and reporting guidelines.
- Maintain professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
