Job Description
- Job Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates for Electrician, and other positions.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing to joining.
- Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interviews.
- Use job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks for candidate sourcing.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with candidates for interview and joining schedules.
- Eligibility Qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Experience in blue-collar/field recruitment will be an advantage.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume recruitment.
