HR Manager

BlueCrest Ventures LLP is a fast-growing multi-brand D2C e-commerce company looking for an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment and people operations.

You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, employee management, performance tracking, HR documentation, and building a strong workplace culture while working closely with management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals, and campus hiring.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, offers, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Manage probation, confirmations, performance reviews, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate training, goal setting, and employee development.
• Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes.
• Resolve employee concerns professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
• Build and maintain the company’s employer branding on LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.
• Prepare hiring reports, HR dashboards, and workforce planning reports for management

Requirements

• Prior experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition is mandatory.
• Experience hiring for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
