Schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.

Coordinate technical, HR, and final interviews.

Ensure timely interview feedback collection.

Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, attitude, and organizational fit.

Verify candidate documents and employment history.

Conduct reference checks when required.

Prepare offer letters after management approval.

Negotiate salary within approved budget.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Maintain joining schedules.

Coordinate joining formalities.

Collect employment documents.

Prepare employee files.

Coordinate induction programs.

Maintain recruitment tracker.

Update hiring status reports.

Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

Manage job postings on recruitment platforms.

Coordinate recruitment campaigns and job fairs.

Support employer branding initiatives.

Ensure recruitment follows company policies.

Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.

Ensure statutory documentation is complete before onboarding.
