Job SummaryBajaj Finserv is hiring energetic and customer-focused Telesales Executives to promote financial products over the phone. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, explaining product benefits, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers through outbound calls using provided leads.
• Promote Bajaj Finserv products such as Personal Loans, Credit Cards, EMI Cards, Insurance, and other financial solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (12th pass with relevant telesales experience may also be considered).
• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, BPO, or sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
