Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor labour productivity and material usage
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and measurements
• Assist in preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and billing
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Track project progress and report delays or deviations
• Support in quantity take-offs and cost estimation

Technical Skills

• RequiredKnowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD
• Familiarity with BOQ, billing, and measurements
• Understanding of concrete, steel, and finishing works

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure
