Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor labour productivity and material usage
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and measurements
- Assist in preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and billing
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Track project progress and report delays or deviations
- Support in quantity take-offs and cost estimation
Technical Skills
- RequiredKnowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD
- Familiarity with BOQ, billing, and measurements
- Understanding of concrete, steel, and finishing works
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure
