Oversee day-to-day site execution of the apartment project

● Manage structural and finishing work activities

● Ensure construction is carried out as per drawings and specifications

● Implement and monitor quality management procedures at site

● Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance during construction

● Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders

● Review, check, and verify contractor bills and measurements

● Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource utilization

● Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
