Job Description


  • Patient Follow-Up & Retention
  • Call, message, and follow up with patients post-consultation to ensure continuity of treatment.
  • Handle re-engagement for patients who dropped out of treatment.
  • Maintain patient relationship records in CRM/WhatsApp system.
  • Online Lead Conversion
  • Handle incoming leads from Google Ads, social media, and website inquiries.
  • Convert leads into booked consultations through effective communication.
  • Track daily/weekly conversion metrics (leads → appointments → patients).
  • Sales & Communication
  • Explain treatment programs, pricing, and package options clearly to patients.
  • Address objections, build trust, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Collaborate with doctors and coordinators to ensure seamless handover.
